She is a New Zealander who has been working in the Latin American Region for the past 12 years. A teacher by profession, she is living in Lima, Peru and is currently involved in a spiritual - emotional healing ministry to men and women in the 12-steps programme of Alcoholics Anonymous and in giving day retreats to people living with HIV/Aids. "The following stories and poems capture something of the more significant moments in my life from conception to midlife. They are stories from my heart and since the greater part of my life has been spent in the convent and I am reflecting and writing at midlife as a nun, I call them Stories from a Nun's Heart".
